Kimaï’s lab-grown diamonds pop up in Shoreditch

Head to East London for some last-minute Christmas gifts at this ethical beauty and jewellery event

Kimaï, a jewellery brand that works with lab-grown diamonds, will be popping up in Shoreditch this weekend. Joining forces with ethical beauty brands, it will host a three-day showcase, which opens today, to entice last-minute Christmas shoppers to choose conscious luxury.

 

Kimaï describes itself as “a collective of conscious, ambitious, curious and responsible people” who believe that “diamond mining has had its day”. The jewellery brand creates 18ct gold pieces set with lab-grown diamonds, which are made in Antwerp. Its designs include initial pendants, delicate rings, ear cuffs and studs.

 

Joining Kimaï at the pop up on December 21stto 23rdat Gallery Society in Shoreditch will be a host of ethical beauty brands. BYBI Beauty and Function of Beauty offer up vegan skincare; Winy Lux creates cruelty-free colourful makeup; Green People sells natural marine-friendly skincare; and Cannuka’s skincare harnesses the power of manuka honey and cannabis.

 

The ethical jewellery and beauty pop up will run from December 21st to 23rd, 2018, at Gallery Society, 16 Calvert Avenue, London, E2 7JJ. Opening times: 9am-5pm (21st), 10am-7pm (22nd), 10am-6pm (23rd)
