Men’s jewels and silverware to shop at Goldsmiths’ Fair

Andrew Martyniuk shows that the annual jewellery fair is not just about earrings and cocktail rings, as he picks five must-see jewels and objet for men

October 5, 2020 By Andrew Martyniuk

Goldsmiths’ Fair is a go-to date in the jewellery calendar, and a show that I have attended religiously over the years.

In these difficult times, it is frustrating not to be able to attend and view the amazing designs in person and to network with industry peers. However, the digital Goldsmiths’ Fair is a fantastic way to make up for this, and the site is well designed and easy to navigate. Below, I have picked out my five favourite pieces from the show for men.

Signet rings always look great on a guy. This textured look created by Maya Selway gives a modern feel and twist.

A tumbler fit for a king. I love the contrast of the silver and gold, and this piece by Bryony Knox will be the envy of your friends on whisky night.

Probably the coolest salt and pepper pots you will ever likely see. This creation by Rebecca Joselyn would be an amazing talking point and centrepiece on any dining table.

I have always been a huge fan of Castro Smith’s engraved rings. This piece has my heart pumping.

Another pick from Castro Smith here. It is such an edgy design, and I love the texture and roughness that has been used.
